Role definition
The Outreach Specialist is responsible for executing multi-channel founder outreach campaigns every day. This role requires identifying founder niches, personalising outreach using the correct industry template, verifying contact data, and scheduling all communications in advance. The specialist is the first point of contact between the business and prospective founders.

Research and data collection
Pull the day's filtered list of target founders. For each contact, gather: full name, company, niche, Instagram handle, LinkedIn profile, and professional email.
  • Identify the founder's niche first — this determines which template to use
  • Find the professional email or Gmail, not info@ or contact@ addresses
  • Cross-reference LinkedIn to confirm role and company name
  • If a contact cannot be found after a reasonable search, document and move on

Email verification
Every email address must be verified before being added to any outreach sequence. Do not send to unverified addresses.
  • Use an email verification tool to validate each address
  • Skip any email that bounces or is flagged as invalid
  • Priority order: professional domain > Gmail > other providers
  • Log all verified emails in the shared tracker

This is the first outreach action of the day. Confirm the founder's niche, then select the matching Instagram template before sending any message.

Send 20–25 LinkedIn connection requests
After DMs, move to LinkedIn. Send connection requests with a personalised note drawn from the correct LinkedIn template for each founder's industry.
  • Use the LinkedIn template specific to the founder's industry
  • Always include a brief, personalised connection note
  • Target: 20–25 requests per day
  • Stay within LinkedIn's daily limits to avoid account restrictions

Schedule 300 emails for the next day
Emails are always scheduled the day before — never sent on the same day. By end of day, 300 emails must be queued using the correct template per founder category.
  • Match each email to the correct industry template before scheduling
  • Confirm all addresses are verified before adding to the sequence
  • Schedule the send time for the following morning
  • Confirm the total count reaches 300 before signing off for the day

Email priority order
  • Professional domain — name@brand.com
  • Gmail — personal professional
  • Other verified providers
  • Skip info@ and contact@ addresses
  • Mark as “not found” if no email exists
Unfindable contacts: A minority of founders will not have findable contact details — this is expected and acceptable. The goal is to maximise the total number of verified contacts found. Do not spend excessive time on any single founder. If they cannot be found after a reasonable effort, log them as “not found” and continue.
If a new niche or category appears in the list without an existing template, pause outreach for that category and contact Hrishik immediately to obtain the correct template and sequence. Never adapt a different industry's template without approval.
